As your doula, I can help you:

  • Prepare your partner to confidently support you

  • Understand your options so your family can make informed decisions

  • Talk through fears, questions and "what ifs"

  • Practice positions, movement and hands-on comfort measures for labor

  • Know what to expect during each stage of labor

  • Build the confidence to advocate for yourself during birth

  • Prepare for the fourth trimester​

 

My goal for you and your partner is to feel prepared, informed and confident going into birth, while knowing you have someone in your corner!

HANDS-ON BIRTH SUPPORT

There with you, no matter where you are!

 

Three prenatal visits + one postpartum visit, with full access to the birth prep resources in the KM Fitness app. This includes virtual on-call doula support from 37 - 42 weeks.

Your support person in your pocket whenever you need me!

Unfortunately, I am unable to take clients for in-person births at this time. Please check back soon when my schedule opens up!
