KM PRENATAL SUPPORT
Birth is one of the greatest athletic events most women go through in their entire lives. Preparing physically and mentally can support you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
For prenatal support, I take a personalized approach to your movement. This program is designed to evolve with you, honoring the changes in your body while keeping you feeling strong, capable, and supported. Some weeks we push, some weeks we slow down. We communicate regularly and adjust your plan as needed. If something doesn’t feel right, we shift it.
As both a Personal Trainer specializing in Perinatal Fitness and a Holistic Doula, I support you not just in how you move, but in how you feel. The goal is to help you build trust in your body, your breath and your ability to navigate this season with confidence. I believe in you and your baby!
This is a guided monthly program with 4 workouts per week, tailored to support your needs throughout pregnancy.
For those wanting more in-depth, personalized doula support, a virtual doula add-on is available. This includes expanded 1:1 guidance, deeper birth preparation and more support.
At-Home Equipment Needed: Dumbbells. mat, mini bands, stability ball, yoga block

KM POSTPARTUM
Honoring your fourth trimester, not rushing recovery.
KM POSTPARTUM is a 6-Week Postpartum Program designed to help you reconnect with your core and return to a full workout program with confidence. Written by a Certified Postpartum Personal Trainer, the focus of the program is gentle mobility and deep inner core strengthening exercises that to support your body’s healing process safely and effectively.
Beginning with breath work and gentle stretches, this program has been created for you to begin as soon as you feel ready. KM POSTPARTUM also includes access to a supportive community, virtual book club, direct messaging with your trainer and more!
Perfect for the expecting mom planning for the postpartum period. We can begin as soon as you’re ready!
