Meet Your Trainers!
Kellie McKinnon
Head Trainer and Owner

Hi! I'm Kellie McKinnon. As the owner of KM Fitness, my main priorities are making fitness fun, building community, improving your relationship with exercise, and creating sustainable habits that aren't rooted in diet culture. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, GGS Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, former gymnastics coach, endurance runner, fitness enthusiast and mom!

My philosophy is that first and foremost, fitness is for everyone. Learning to dedicate yourself to your health, finding joy in the process, and respecting your body is the key to fitness longevity.

As a busy mom, business owner and endurance runner myself, I believe that motivation is fleeting. It takes action to turn your dreams into reality. I'd love to help you create that action plan!

Hi! My name is Haylie Brose. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, former NCAA Division 1 swimmer for the USAF Academy, former swim coach and am currently marathon training. I am a mom of three kids, five and under, so I know firsthand how busy life is and the importance of making movement realistic and sustainable.

I’ve had a lifelong passion for fitness and the way it empowers body and mind. I truly believe movement creates momentum and small, consistent steps lead to big transformations. My goal is to help you find strength, confidence, and energy through an active lifestyle that fits your current season of life, whatever that may look like. Whether a busy parent, returning to fitness, or looking for a new challenge, I’m here to help you reach your goals!
