What Does KM Commitment Include?
Six months of workouts focusing on identifying the impacts of diet culture in your life, creating sustainable healthy habits, strengthening the mind to muscle connection, and building muscular strength that will last you after the program ends.

Four strength training workouts per week for six months

Schedule customization (i.e. moving workouts on your calendar to fit your schedule)

UNCOACHED Includes:
KM App Access
Four strength training workouts per week for six months
KM Community page access

Workouts designed for at-home or the gym. Dumbbells required for first two months. Additional accessories needed for subsequent months (i.e. minibands, yoga block, stability ball). Don't worry, there's nothing crazy that you have to additionally purchase. If you're working out at-home, it's an investment in your home gym equipment!

WHAT TO EXPECT
KM COMMITMENT is an 6-month training program developed using the National Academy of Sports Medicine's Optimal Performance Training Model. By combining flexibility, core, resistance, strength training and focusing on habit building, the program's focus is to lay the groundwork for your future fitness journey.

As a trainer, I hope to not only help program your workouts, but educate and guide you along the way. All of the exercises are provided directly to you through an app that's compatible with iPhone and Android phones!
**Meal plans featured in the video are NOT included.
WORKOUT CALENDAR:
Monday: Lower Body
Tuesday: Upper Body
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Upper Body
