Birth is one of the greatest athletic events most women I take my monthly workouts, KM Monthly, and I make them work for you and your pregnancy. As your body changes, your workouts do too!  Some weeks we push, some weeks we slow down. If something doesn’t feel right, we shift it. I’m here to make sure you’re moving in a way that feels good, supports your body, and takes one more thing off your plate. You don’t have to figure it out — I’ve got you.
